I have always loved to write, and I was completely shocked to find myself making a career out of it. At first, it began by helping my friends build up their naturopathic practices with ghostwriting, copy editing, branding and marketing consultation, and social media management, but has evolved to so much more.
While I still love connecting with folks as a physician, I feel called to help like-minded people grow their businesses and help more patients than they ever thought possible. That's my mission: increasing access to licensed naturopathic medicine (and thereby improving public health), one ghost-written article, Facebook ad campaign, and naturopathic blog entry at a time.
As a communications consultant, I typically spend my days writing, designing, and event planning from my home office in Las Vegas. I also maintain a license to practice naturopathic medicine in the State of Vermont, although my private practice is closed to new patients at this time.
Outside of my virtual office, I spend my days traveling to random cities throughout the country, eating excellent cheese, cultivating my tiny-but-surprisingly-productive urban garden, searching for vintage typewriters in countless thrift stores, flea markets, and salvage shops, and loving life as a new mom with my wife and two puppies.
